Accuracy of Information
The customer confirms that all information provided on the booking form is true, accurate, and complete at the time of submission.

Deposit Payment
A deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure the holiday. The booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Non-Refundable Deposit
The deposit paid at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable. £500.00 per person, (£1,000.00 per couple).

Additional Information
The customer agrees to provide all additional information requested on the booking form. This includes, but is not limited to, any dietary requirements, medical needs, or other relevant details that may affect the booking.

Final Balance Payment
The full balance of the holiday must be paid on or before 1 December 2026.

Failure to Pay the Balance
If the full balance is not paid by 1 December 2026, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the booking. In this situation, the deposit will remain non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Balance After Deadline
If the full balance has been paid and the booking is cancelled after 1st December 2026, all payments made are non-refundable.

Acceptance of Terms
By completing the booking form and paying the deposit, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
